Meet Our Staff

  • Administrative Staff
  • Jocelyn Geib, Ph.D., CCC/SLP is a licensed speech and language pathologist. Dr. Geib completed her Ph.D. in Education-Learning and Development from Cleveland State University.
  • Rachel holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Psychology, which she received from Kent State University and the University of the Rockies in Colorado Springs, respectively.
  • Michelle DePolo, Psy.D., BCBA-D is a Clinical Child/Pediatric Psychologist and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral with the KidsLink Family of Services.
  • Morgan Voytek is now a Licensed Clinical Counselor and is the Mental Health Director of the Behavior Stabilization and Reintegration Program within the KidsLink School. She is also the Emotional Well-being Coordinator for the KidsLink family of services.
  • Clinical Director/Behavioral Consultant: Coordinates behavioral management team in the school. Oversees ethical and system related issues.
  • Curriculum Director/Behavioral Consultant: Coordinates curriculum use and development for individualized student programming. Oversees behavioral progress within the school program.
  • Program Development Director/Behavioral Consultant: Coordinates program wide needs for support/training/coaching among staff and curriculum/educational tools needed. Oversees behavioral progress within the school program.
  • Shannon Lepri is a board-certified assistant behavior analyst and has been a member of the KidsLink family since 2013. She graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Master’s of Education and Secondary Transition Certificate.
  • Elise Kernen is the Training Coordinator here at KidsLink. She completed her bachelors at Ohio University with a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a minor in Psychology.
  • Ashley Andersen is a licensed Intervention Specialist. She is currently working on obtaining her P.hD in Educational Leadership. Ashley oversees the primary, intermediate and secondary classrooms at KidsLink.
  • Behavioral Consultants
    The KidsLink School staff include behavioral therapists that receive extensive training and ongoing supervision of professionals who have had advanced training and experience in behavioral principles and methods. All of our programs are overseen by a board certified behavior analyst.

    Master’s or Doctoral-level board certified behavior analysts work with students regularly to ensure that programming is of the highest-quality. Overseeing student programming is our program coordinator that assures progress, training of therapists and ongoing support to the staff. Each student has a primary therapist and secondary therapist to ensure generalization of skills.

    The KidsLink School Behavioral Consultants oversee behavioral progress within the school program. They are responsible for conducting all necessary behavioral assessments and reporting, including formal school behavior support plans.

  • Educational Coordinators
  • Allie Byler is an Educational Coordinator for one of our Secondary teams. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Miami University with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Special Education.
  • Brittni is an educational coordinator for one of the intermediate teams. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at Kent State University with a degree in Psychology.
  • Devaughn is an Educational Coordinator in one of the Primary classrooms. She completed her Bachelors degree in Psychology at John Carroll University.
  • Emily Betz is an Educational Coordinator with a Masters in Moderate to Intensive Special Education with a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Kent State University.
  • Gillian Crosby is an Educational Coordinator for one of our primary classrooms. She completed both her Bachelor's and Masters degrees in Special Education at Kent State University.
  • Heather Siciliano is an Educational Coordinator for one of our secondary classrooms. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education (Human Movement) at Kent State University.
  • Kaitlin Hazlett is an Intervention Specialist with a Masters in Education from Kent State University. She has degrees in Art, psychology and special education and has worked in both public and private school settings.
  • Karly Pallante is an Educational Coordinator for the upper school. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Special Education at Youngstown State University.
  • Kristen Cellars is an Educational Coordinator for one of our secondary classrooms. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Edinboro University with a degree in Criminal Justice and minors in psychology and sociology.
  • Molly Fields is an Educational Coordinator for one of our Primary classrooms. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology & Criminology at John Carroll University.
