Christine Balan, PhD, BCBA, COBA - Training Coordinator

Dr. Balan earned her doctorate in Special Education from Kent State University with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis and Pharmacological Interventions. She is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with a specialization in Behavioral Pharmacology. At KidsLink School, she provides instruction for incoming Behavior Therapists and supervises them as they pursue the Registered Behavioral Technician credential.

In addition to her role at KidsLink School, Dr. Balan is a non-tenure track Professor of Special Education at Kent State University. She is also the faculty advisor for the Behavioral Intervention Specialist Certificate Program, a graduate certificate program that has been approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as meeting the course content requirements for eligibility to sit for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst examination.
